global scale, and has been contributing to technical development work, participating in workshops and conferences, and last but not least has been engaging in joint projects large and small. As part of this effort in contributing to the Nordic, European, and global R&amp;E networking community, we will from time to time publish a position document or white paper on a particular issue with the aim of giving the issue a comprehensive treatment.
